Frequently asked questions

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. The free plan requires no payment information.

What counts as a message?

Every event published to the server counts as one message. WebSocket relay and Yjs collaboration frames also count. The limit resets at the start of each calendar month.

What happens if I reach my monthly message limit?

New connections to that site are paused for the remainder of the month. Existing active sessions continue. Your limit resets on the first of next month.

Are connection limits per site or per account?

Per site. Each registered site has its own concurrent connection allowance independent of your other sites.
